This lunchtime program is designed to help you build skill and capacity for Bootcamp and CrossFit classes. Focus 45 consists of two separate sections (30 and 15 minutes) to give you training options that fit your schedule.
Section 1: Cx30. This class emphasizes muscle recruitment and activation, focusing on mind-body awareness through paired, complimentary movements and repetitions.
Section 2: Cx15. This class focuses on gymnastic movements like handstands and pull-ups. The goal is to help you gain proficiency with better quality at higher volume.
